Custom API integrations are coming soon. We're building the ability for your agent to call external APIs as part of its workflow.

What's planned

Custom actions will let your agent connect to any tool or service via API. If you use a tool that eesel AI doesn't have a built-in integration for, you'll be able to create a custom action that connects to its API.

Example use cases:

• Look up customer data from your internal CRM

• Check inventory in a warehouse management system

• Create records in a custom database

• Call a third-party API for real-time data (shipping rates, currency conversion, etc.)
