# Notion

Train your AI bots on your Notion pages. eesel AI will respond based on these pages and provide links to the sources. A perfect solution to navigating a messy and overwhelming Notion wiki.

There are two ways to integrate your Confluence with eesel AI:

* [Using our browser extension](#adding-notion-with-our-browser-extension) (for specific pages, good for testing)

## Adding Notion with our direct integration

We have a direct Notion integration available through our eesel dashboard. It will enable you to add your Notion pages directly.

1. Head to **integrations** > **Notion**.
2. Click **Start setup**
3. Click **"Connect Notion"** tab
4. Head to your [profile in Notion](https://www.notion.so/profile/integrations)
5. Click **Add New Integration**
6. Select the **workspace** you want to integrate, the **type** of integration, and a **name**.
7. Click configure **integration settings**
8. Click the **"Access"** tab > Select **pages**
9. Add any pages that you want eesel to index, and click "**update access**"
10. Go back to the **configuration tab** and reveal the **Internal Integration Secret** key
11. Copy the key and add it to the eesel Notion setup screen back on the dashboard.
12. Click **connect Notion**.
13. **Allow for some time** for Notion to index your pages. Depending on the volume, it may take some time for it to appear in your eesel dashboard. Notion has strict indexing speed limitations.
14. Once Notion has indexed your pages, you'll see Notion appear in the integration sidebar of your eesel dashboard.

If your Notion has *not* been added to the left sidebar, it's likely because the pages haven't been indexed. If this is the case, please ensure you've provided access through your Notion profile as mentioned in step 8-9. If this is all configured correctly, and you've allowed some time for Notion to index, please reach out to support.

## Adding Notion with our browser extension

To do so, simply:

1. Choose the bot you’d like to train.

2. Click the plus (+) button in the Integrations section of the sidebar.

3. Select Notion.\

4. Follow the instructions to install the [Chrome browser extension](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/eesel-ai/ejhkkbilnpifailgngpkgmiofhioacjd).

5. Go to your Notion page and open the extension.

6. Choose your bot.

7. Select ’Add sources’, then either ’Add current tab’, or ’Add all tabs in window.’

8. Chat with your bot and check it out!

For tables, we suggest exporting them as a CSV and uploading that directly. It’ll work best in that format.
