Bot responses

How quickly does the bot respond?

It depends on the platform. In the eesel dashboard chat, responses are typically faster than through platform integrations like Zendesk. Around 8–12 seconds is considered normal on integrated platforms, while 3–10 seconds is normal in the dashboard.
