FAQs

chevron-rightI don’t want to go over my interaction limit. Is it possible to put a hard limit/stop the bots from operation once they hit the interaction limit?hashtag

Yes, this is possible. Please let us know if you want us to set that up for you.

chevron-rightI hit the interaction limit. Will my service be disrupted?hashtag

If you are on a trial account, your bots will stop functioning after a brief grace period. There are no extensions for usage limits for trial accounts. You will need to subscribe to a paid plan in order to continue the functionality of your bots.

For paid users, it will not be immediately disrupted and you will be asked to contact support in order to update your plan to reflect the appropriate usage. For the first month of a paid plan, we don't charge overages unless in extenuating circumstances. We use this first month to help determine the best billing path forward.

Please reach out to support as soon as possible if you're on a paid plan and hit your limit, in order to continue your service.

chevron-rightHow much do additional interactions cost?hashtag

Generally, interactions are priced at $0.15 per interaction past the default amount provided by the plan. For cost effectiveness, we do recommend upgrading to the Business Plan if you're on a Team Plan to make the most of both the extra interactions and features.

For bulk interaction amounts, we can provide discounts or feature bundles but this is case-by-case. Please reach out to the team via the in-app messaging system or at [email protected] to discuss this further, with an idea of how many interactions you may need.

chevron-rightI hit my interaction usage limit. What do I do?hashtag

If you've hit your interaction usage limit, please review your average usage for the month across all of your bots and reach out to support to let them know what kind of usage you will need moving forward.

We'll be able to provide you with a quote and apply the usage changes to your account from there.

If you've hit your interaction usage limit on a trial account, there is no way to extend this usage limit. You should still have some leeway to continue interacting with the bot for a short period of time until it is hard limited. You'll need to subscribe to one of our paid plans to continue using the bots after this hard limit is reached.

chevron-rightWhat exactly counts as an interaction?hashtag

Interactions are AI responses from the bot/each time the bot processes a query. Each time the AI responds to a user query, it counts as one interaction, regardless of how many actions (such as tagging a ticket, escalating, or routing) are performed within that response. One ticket can have multiple interactions if the AI responds multiple times. If the AI replies several times in one ticket, each reply is counted as one interaction.
