plugOverview

eesel AI connects to the tools you already use. In the dashboard, you'll find these under Integrations — they let your agent read from knowledge sources, respond in helpdesks, look up information, and communicate across channels.

Integration types

Helpdesks

Your agent's primary workspace for customer support. Connect a helpdesk to handle tickets, respond to customers, and manage conversations.

Knowledge sources

What your agent learns from. Connect your documentation, wikis, and files so your agent can find accurate answers.

Communication

Additional channels for your agent to send and receive messages.

E-commerce

Product and order data your agent can look up to help customers with purchases, returns, and order status.

Channels

Built-in chat widgets you can deploy on your website without any external integration. See eesel Channels.

Connecting an integration

  1. Open your agent workspace

  2. Go to Integrations

  3. Select the integration you want to connect

  4. Follow the setup steps (varies by integration)

Most integrations offer a Quick Start option that gets you up and running in minutes, with the option to connect your full account later for additional features.

Removing an integration

There are two ways to remove an integration, depending on what you need:

Remove from one agent

Removes the integration from the current agent only. Other agents in your workspace keep their connection.

  1. Open the agent's Integrations panel

  2. Select the integration you want to remove

  3. Click Remove from Agent

This cleans up everything associated with that integration for the agent — triggers, actions, and knowledge sources are all removed. Any automation rules created in the external platform (e.g., Freshdesk automations or Zendesk triggers) are also deleted.

Uninstall from workspace

Removes the integration from all agents and disconnects it from your workspace entirely.

  1. Open any agent's Integrations panel

  2. Select the integration

  3. Click Uninstall

Warning: Uninstalling removes the integration for every agent in your workspace. All triggers, actions, and indexed knowledge from that integration will be deleted.
